What are the different Massage Types?
Air Compression - Inflating and deflating in a variety of methods and speeds to press the muscles and connective tissues.
Electric Pulse - Sends mild electrical pulses through the skin to help stimulate injured muscles or manipulate nerves to reduce pain.
Kneading - Applying pressure by lifting the muscle in circular and upwards motions. Kneading is used to break down and realign collagen fibres to increase flexibility and range of movement in the muscle.
Percussion - A breakthrough treatment for soft tissue pain and soreness through the use of a tool that provides rapid, short duration pulses deep into the soft tissues of the body.
Rolling - A massage technique which is used to loosen the skin, release muscle tension, decrease pain and increase flexibility.
Shiatsu - An alternative technique that involves manual pressure applied to specific points on the body in an attempt to relieve tension and pain.
Vibration - A gentle, trembling movement that stimulates soft tissues and help stimulate nerves, relieve muscular tension and decrease stress.

Can I bring my heat massager on an airplane?
Yes, the VOBICA massager can easily fit into your hand luggage or carry-on baggage to take on board an airplane due to its compact and easy-to-store design. You can use the shoulder and neck massager, and lower back massager to relieve your long-distance fatigue during the flight.
How to use VOBICA Massager?
- Prepare the Massager: Ensure that the VOBICA massager is fully charged or plugged in (if it's a corded model) before use. Some massagers may also require the attachment of specific massage heads or accessories.
- Position Yourself Comfortably: Find a comfortable and stable position to use the massager. This could be sitting in a chair, lying on a bed, or leaning against a wall, depending on the type of massager.
- Turn on the Massager: Depending on the model, you may need to press a power button or adjust a dial to turn on the massager. Start with a lower intensity setting and increase it gradually to a level that feels comfortable to you.
- Select Massage Mode: VOBICA massagers often come with different massage modes such as kneading, tapping, rolling, or shiatsu. Choose the mode that suits your needs or preferences.
- Targeted Massage: Place the massager on the desired area of your body, such as the neck, shoulders, back, or legs. Move the massager in a circular motion or up and down, depending on the type of massage you want.
Adjust Intensity and Speed: Many VOBICA massagers allow you to adjust the intensity and speed of the massage. Experiment with different settings to find what feels most effective and comfortable for you. - Relax and Enjoy: Let the massager do its work and focus on relaxing your muscles. What is the age range suited for massager?
The VOBICA massager is suitable for adults of all ages. It is important to read the product specifications and guidelines to ensure safe and effective use, particularly if you have any specific health concerns or conditions.
Does the massager make a lot of noise?
You may notice a sound when you use the Shiatsu back massager or the shoulder and neck massager. However, they are within the normal range of values.
Our massager is designed to focus on user experience with special emphasis on noise control. It utilizes advanced silent technology that produces a fairly low noise level even in high-intensity vibration mode, ensuring that it does not interfere with your relaxation and the serenity of your surroundings.
What is included in the purchase of the product?
When purchasing an VOBICA massager, please note that we do not provide a charging head. Usually, the box contains only the product, the manual, and the charging cable. You will need to bring your 5V,2A charging head.

How do I place an order?
Orders are placed online by adding a product to your cart and following the checkout process.
How do I know my order went through?
An 'Order Confirmation' email is sent to the email address provided by the customer at checkout.
How do I cancel my order?
Unfortunately we cannot cancel orders after they are placed. Please wait to receive your item and then proceed to our returns page.
SHIPPING & DELIVERY
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
After you have successfully placed your order from Vobica.com. Your order will be confirmed within 24 hours (weekends and holidays will take a little longer). You will receive an email with information regarding the details of your order.
Your order will be processed within 2-3 business days and the delivery time frame under standard delivery will be around 8-15 business days, depending on location. Due to the ongoing health emergency, delivery might take longer than expected. If you do not receive your order within expected time, please check your mailbox and tracking number, then contact us and we will make sure your order is going on time!

My package says delivered, but I didn't receive it?
If your package is marked as delivered but you haven't received it, we suggest taking the following steps:
1. Check your surroundings: Sometimes packages are left in inconspicuous places by the delivery person. Please thoroughly search your property, including front porches, backyards, and any other potential delivery locations.
2. Contact support: If you're still unable to locate your package, please reach out to our customer support team at support@Vobica.com. We will be glad to assist you further. We will also contact the shipping carrier on your behalf to inquire about the delivery status and investigate the situation.
3. Free replacement (if confirmed lost): In the unfortunate event that your package is confirmed as lost by the shipping carrier, we will take full responsibility and promptly arrange for a free replacement to be sent to you.

How do I check the status of my order ?
Upon order completion, you will receive an email confirming your order. You will also receive a shipment confirmation and tracking number via email once your package has been prepared for shipment. If you have questions about your order status or did not receive the email, please contact us here.
What if I entered the wrong shipping address ?
If you entered the wrong information for your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We'll do our best to change it for you, but we can't guarantee anything in this case as our orders are processed and shipped very quickly after purchase.
RETURN
What is your return policy?
We have a customer-friendly return policy that allows you to request a refund within 30 days of receiving your order. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can initiate a return by contacting our customer support team at support@Vobica.com.
How long does it take for me to get my refund?
We want you to love shopping at VOBICA. If products purchased from Vobica.com do not meet your expectations, you may return them with the packing slip within 30 days of purchase.
Customers are required to coordinate and pay for the return shipping themselves. VOBICA does not coordinate or pay for any return shipping. Refunds will be returned in the method of which you paid. Original shipping and handling charges will not be refunded. After 30 days, please refer to the original manufacturer’s warranty for product and service issues.
VOBICA reserves the right to deny any return should the conditions of the items not meet the Return Policy and/or if items are used outside of the manufacturer’s specifications.
PLEASE NOTE: Some items such as personalized items (monogramed) and personal care products. Non-Refundable items include: Pillows, Sock-wear, some massage products or any other “personal care” products. Personal Care is defined as any product that makes direct and continuous contact with the skin. Unopened/sealed items are acceptable for return. Personalized items and items marked as final sale or non-returnable are also ineligible for refunds.
VOBICA branded items purchased from stores or other sellers: If you purchased a VOBICA product at a retail store or from another seller, those returns or exchanges must go through the place of purchase.
Once a refund has been initiated, it typically takes around 14 business days for the funds to be returned to the original payment method used for the purchase. However, please note that the exact timeframe may vary depending on your bank or financial institution.
What is your return process?
Step 1 - If you receive a faulty or damaged item, please reach out to our Customer Support team at support@Vobica.com and reference #Vobica Online Return. We will email you a pre-paid return label within 3 business days.
Step 2 - Send the product back to our return address.
Step 3 - Once your return has been received by the warehouse, and it complies with our return policy, we will refund you through your original payment method. Please be aware that payments can take up to 14 working days to process, depending on your bank or payment provider. Returned items will be refunded, excluding the original cost of shipping (if applied).
How do I know my return has been received?
Customers should save their return tracking numbers to track their packages and confirm delivery.
Do you offer exchanges?
We do not offer exchanges.

If you are not satisfied with your product, or believe you received a non-conforming product, you have 30 days from the date your order was delivered to return your product to us – if the product was purchased at vobica.com.
